About the tutor
A physicist who teaches the way he wishes he'd been taught.
I’m Zaki — an engineer by training and a physics teacher by obsession. I’ve spent the last several years helping GCSE and A-Level students go from “I don’t get this” to opening the exam paper with a smile.
My lessons are small on purpose. Five students, maximum. Enough to spark discussion, few enough that no one gets left behind. Every session is live on Google Meet, structured around your child’s exam board, and reinforced through Google Classroom homework with real feedback.
I don’t teach to the test. I teach the physics — then we destroy the test.
Every student joins a group of no more than five, so lessons stay personal — with real questions, real feedback, and no one left behind.
The Approach
Six things that make the difference.
Every lesson is designed to build confidence, strengthen understanding, and improve exam performance through small-group learning, personalised support, and exam-focused teaching.
Groups of 5, never more
Small enough that your child can't hide, large enough for the debates that make physics click.
Exam-board aligned
Every lesson mapped to AQA, Edexcel, OCR, or CIE. No wasted content, no gaps.
Live, not recorded
Real-time whiteboarding on Google Meet. Questions get answered the moment they arise.
Weekly graded homework
Set in Google Classroom, marked personally. Parents receive a progress summary each month.
Exam-technique drills
Mark scheme fluency, timing, command words — the marks students leave on the table.
Diagnostic first
We start with a free call to find the real gaps — then build a plan around them.
Results
Parents and students, in their own words.
Our students achieve higher grades, greater confidence, and a deeper understanding of physics through structured lessons, expert guidance, and consistent support.
"Zaki turned my son's D into a solid A in less than a year. But more than the grade — he actually enjoys physics now. That's the miracle."
- Sarah H.
Parent · A-Level AQA
"I was terrified of the paper 2 mechanics section. Two months in Zaki's group and it became my favourite topic. Got an 8 in the end."
- Ayaan M.
GCSE Edexcel student
"We tried three tutors before Zaki. The difference is he explains why things happen, not just how to answer. My daughter finally gets it."
- Priya R.
Parent · GCSE OCR
"The small group made me actually speak up. In school I never asked questions — with Zaki I ask five a lesson. My mocks jumped two grades."
- Ethan W.
A-Level OCR student
"Best money we've spent on our son's education. The monthly reports meant we always knew where he stood — no surprises before results day."
- James & Fiona T.
